All products are made to order and carefully manufactured to ensure the highest possible quality and consistency.


⏱️ Processing Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays).

During busy periods or times of exceptionally high demand, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will always endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.


🚚 Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping service selected at checkout and the destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. 

Where available, tracking information will also be provided.


🌍 International Orders

International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

While we always aim to meet our stated processing and estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including postal delays, customs processing or periods of exceptionally high demand.

📦 Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll do everything we reasonably can to assist you in tracking your parcel and resolving any delivery issues with the shipping provider.
