This website is operated by Phantom Foliage. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Phantom Foliage. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

2. Products & Services

We design and manufacture premium 3D printed products for indoor plants, including propagation systems, cabinet accessories and other plant care products.

All products are made to order unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations or imperfections may occur and are not considered faults.

Due to the additive manufacturing process, slight variations in colour, surface finish and layer appearance may occur between products and are considered normal characteristics rather than defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or withdraw any product from sale at any time. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout before orders are processed.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the shipping provider and are outside of our control.

5. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout. Phantom Foliage cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Custom-made or personalised products manufactured to a customer's specification cannot normally be returned or cancelled once production has commenced, unless they are faulty, not as described or do not meet your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, product concepts and content are the intellectual property of Phantom Foliage and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants permission to copy, reproduce, reverse engineer or commercially exploit Phantom Foliage products, designs or intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Products are intended for their stated purpose only. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitability for their specific use.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed, used and maintained safely and are suitable for their intended environment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phantom Foliage shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and information are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information will always be completely error-free.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, constitute the agreement between Phantom Foliage and the customer relating to purchases made through this website.
